I have this problem, In the past, i have had a terrible amount of trouble with women. I can never bring myself to really tell them that I like them for multiple reasons.
Most of the time, it’s because they are around their friends, and it seems like they are never alone. Or when they are alone, I get cold feet. I worry my breath might smell to bad, or maybe my hair doesn’t look nice enough.
I can’t even bring myself to asking anyone on a date.
It’s because of this that I haven’t been in a relationship in over 4 years. Not to mention that I wouldn’t call myself the most ravishing guy in the world.
I’m at a loss, notes are cheesy, e-mail is stupid, and having their friends do it for me is childish.

Looks like your insecurities regarding women stem from personal issues. Make sure your breath smells good by brushing your teeth 2X a day and having gum handy. If your hair is washed and combed, it’s good to go. You were once in a relationship, what did you use back then to talk to girls? Use the same lines, what worked then might work now!
Also, come up with conversation starters if you’d like to get to know some girls better. Stay away from politics and religion as those tend to get people fired up (in a bad way) and will only work in your favor if both of you agree on the topic. You won’t know whether your opinions mesh unless you talk to her so it’s a catch-22.
Topics to bring up: movies out right now, interesting news articles (stay away from politics/religion) or something celeb-gossip related.
Most importantly, rejection is a part of life! I know of my friends as well as myself that were rejected by the opposite sex. Accept it, understand the lesson that needs to be learned from it and move on…
