You should be tested for the plethora of autoimmune diseases. With rapid weight gain, loss of hair, low energy, that I would suggest is thyroid function panel, diabetes (but that is usually weight loss), Lupus, etc. If your ANA is really high, that can be an indication of lupus. With that salt craving, I would also mention Addison's disease. Is your skin looking very dark?
