What do you do about hair loss? I have been taking plaq. and my doctor says it might help with hair loss in the long run. I was wondering if GNC hair nail and skin vitamins or any other vitamins help for lupus patients. Also does our hair stop profusely shedding sometime? Thanks.

I would suggest that if your rheumatologist is not being helpful, go to a dermatologist who is experienced in treating lupus skin and hair loss issues.
If you are not seeing a rheumatologist, get one.
I have lupus. I have not had hair or much skin involvement. I do think complimentary approaches can help. But, please do them after informing the primary person who treats your lupus.
