I have ordinary texture african american hair. I have permanantly relaxing it for a long time. I have noticed that my hair is shorter in the back due to crevice, I gather. I know I have been stressed and possibly gone some vitamins. Obviosly, those issues can be resolved very near instantly. But, I am at a loss about the management of my hair or what can I do to help the regrowth administer? Must I perm? Must I wear hair extensions in the back? What hair actions works best? What can I use or do to stop the crevice when all's said and done? Etc!
I have by now trimmed and cut my hair to a extensive length to even out the front with the back. (Subdue noticeable.)
Thanks in development for the information!

I had mine relaxed for 10 years, got exhausted of the breaker coaster, got off, and came up with a surpass key.http://naturalblackhair.tumblr.com/
My report about my hair loss, early over, and what I learned along the way can be establish at: http://naturalblackhair.tumblr.com/
If you get a further perm, the sequence will take up again, but the crevice won’t stop unquestionably, as long as the relaxer is subdue there. You can’t “strip” them any, as I’ve heard a lot of public say. The best anyone can do with a relaxer is minimize the destruction, wretched to say.
If you get extensions, be careful of how they are place in, sewn, glue, ect., that can destruction your hair and scalp as well. If left in too long, they force start to “lock.”
I place tons of tips on the page link, and I hope that you find something there that can be of help to you.

Your hair is doubtless too dry and delicate. If you are dying your hair, straightening it, or curling it with hot restraints, stop, since that will do destruction to your hair.
I know a clean that works in fact well for surpass hair, but I don’t know if it will work on your hair, but it’s best to give it a try. It’s called ‘Thermasilk’ and it works best if you wash in hot water.
