Im 20 and due to an iron deficiency i’ve lost 50% of my hair. However, my doctor told me I had thick hair and didn’t even notice or think twice about it. With exams the last thing i need to worry about is my hairloss. My doctor told me to take a biotin vitamin. I would like to know if there is any other things i can do, vitamins or some pill, topical cream that helps with hair loss. Right now i just need to know how to stop it. Only serious answers please.

Eat healthy, get vitamin supplements and minerals, reduce the use of hairdryers or anything that heats the hair as Much as you can.
I come from the middle east we also use natural oils in our hair for 2-3 times a week for about 3-4 hours each time then wash it well. Oils I can recommend Olive, Almond and Castor. Mix them all and save them in a cool place then apply to the hair as I mentioned earlier.
Consult a doctor again. Always helps.
    Hope I helped.
