		<description>No, you cannot take ANY supplement containing vitamin A. If you can find a multivitamin supplement that doesn&#039;t contain Vit A, or betacarotene then its fine. Ask any pharmacist for a supplement like that.</description>

		<description>Instead of taking a prenatal vitamin, which will probably give you a lot of stuff that you really don&#039;t need, I would recommend a product with Biotin that is designed to support healthy hair. I suspect that is the ingredient in prenatal vitamins that makes them so good for hair.
In the meantime, make sure you are using a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. I know a lot of us with acne prone skin also suffer from an oily scalp and hair, so moisturizing shampoo is usually not something we have around the house. It really does make a difference. 
And of course, talk to your dermatologist. You can also call their office and talk to a staff member in between appointments. They&#039;ve heard it all and can be a really good resource. (Definitely more reliable information than most of the posters here at Y!A.)
