If a Vet really told you that I'd find another Vet asap. They clearly don't know what they are talking about. NEW VET- fast!! Bald patches are usually caused by something - and maybe mange!! Did he do a skin scrape to see if there were any mites there? Without seeing these bald patches, I'd say this vet is wrong. Did your vet really tell you this? NEW VET- fast!!
