Yeah why dont you try pinning your fringe back and then dragging it to take in any bald patches. I in fact hope that helps. Possibly use a bandana or head band.
To take in the patches
Or Possibly a plaster. Pretend you have had a face lift and then wear a binding. That would take in it.
