I think the way in which you style your hair is important. Have you got curley hair?   
Oh .. thats embarrasing.  Joking lads!  
Or you could colour the patches in with a felt tip. Or some chalk
Yeah why dont you try pinning your fringe back and then dragging it to cover any bald patches. I really hope that helps. Maybe use a bandana or head band.
To cover the patches
Or MAYBE a plaster. Pretend you have had a face lift and then wear a bandage. That would cover it.
