It is normal for the hair to shred up to 100 strands of hair a day. But the fact that you are seeing them and are concerned. It could be that you are stressing which is worsening the condition.
I suggest changing the product you are using on your hair. And not to scrub your hair so hard in the shower because you are pulling the root of the hair which will cause some baldness and it will also make it harder and longer for your hair to grow back.

stop stressing…
i know MANY people that have that problem
humans NORMALLY loss like about 80 strands a hair a day
and if ur not happy yet…you could always go to a salon
and ask for advice
i know people who use “matrix” for that
“pantene ‘for strong and healthy hair’ ” also works very well
hope this helps

Hair loss is caused by many reasons such as malnutrition, illness, tension and other health problems. It is normal to shed some hair each day as part of a cycle of growing new hairs and loosing some. Badly damaged hair breaks at the scalp. Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/ for more info.

It’s quite normal to lose about 100+ hairs a day. If you want a good idea if you’re going to go bald when you’re older take a look at your mother’s father. More often than not it is passed on from that side of the family.

and the small whitish tip could just mean your hair isnt very healthy…
