I use gel on the front of my hair on a daily basis. I wash it out everyday after school though, but I was wondering if it can make you bald in the long run? I really dont want to be bald at an early age. What can I do to keep my hair for a long time?

No, not the gel itself. But if you try to pull a hairbrush through your hair when it has gel, or if you are straightening, crimping or curling your hair you will eventually at least kill most of it.
Try not to use so much gel that your hair becomes stiff and brittle.

i don’t think gel will make you bald, but maybe it might damage your hair if you use it everyday, because of the chemical i guess, why don’t you substitute your hair gel with something healthy for your hair, 88db website has list of hair care products, use the natural hair oil, its really good for your hair

it doesnt really like make you go bald but what it does is it drys out your hair and sucks the nutrients out of it so it falls out so if you use gel a lot you will loose you hair. Trust me i know 3, 13 year olds going bald because of the amount of gel they use. And besides gel makes your hair look and feel greasy!

No; it doesn’t make you bald. going bald is based on family genes; not hair gel. It’s ok.
Just look at your Mom’s brothers and/or Dad. Do they have hair or are they bald? What they have is probably what you will get.
