You could try Cholesterol… you can find it mainly in any store near the African American products for hair.
It doesn’t smell the best, but you put it on and leave it on for up to an hour and rinse it out and wash your hair, I am sure you will see a difference. Good Luck

You could keep your hair in a paper bag or a Mason jar.

I’ve heard Bosley has a very high success rate and is the most efficient way of restoring hair.http://www.bosley.com/
and Vegetables will NOT prevent hair loss. It is, unfortunately, a genetic problem and has little to do with diet or excersize. Im sure you know this but youre body is producing massive amounts of a chemical which is a variant of testosterone (i forget the name). This chemical is slowly shrinking your hair follicles until they eventually fall out completely.
In the future theyll probobly figure out a way to attack that chemical and kill the root of the problem, but for now, I think Bosley is your best choice for hair restoration.

If your father or uncles have had this problem too, do no seek for any solution… you said, It’s genetic. Be calm and enjoy your life. You can just prevent it’s speed by not being so nervous and always eat vegetables.
