How do you shave your head bald and get that nice shining look about it?

My husband has been shaving his head bald with a razor and shaving cream, but he gets little bumps and some redness. Is there anything we can get that will make the bumps go away and give him that nice shining look?

    shine use some type of hair and scalp grease like bluemagic saclp conditioner this can be purchased anywhere but check Sallys beauty store for more selections.
    bumps after shaving can be sanitized with facial toner.
    so no infection.
    sally hanson has a ointment in their peal and press waxing kit that has a skin soother.
    I think it has some procane for topical use after waxing takes the sting out and puffyness out, and so taking out the redness.
