My friend told me to ask that:

If he have a straight hair, not too long, and if he’s going bald (totally bald), when the hair will grow again, it can grow curly? He have no one in his family with a curly hair.

If not, how can someone makes the hair to grow curly, after a totally haircut. Is that possible?

  1. ???o? ?? ???? says:

    no
you have tiny holes in your head where your hair grows from
if your hair is straight the tiny holes are round
theres no way to change those tiny holes..so no

If one is going totally bald then they can’t have the hair grow back. The hair follicles will close up and there is no more opening for any new hair. I have seen ppl that go through cancer treatment who lose their hair get curly hair back when that returns but balding is not possible to regrow hair then. You can have a transplant if you can afford to but that’s about it for the option. They do that with hair on you elsewhere. So if hair someplace else used is curly then they would grow like this.

It depends on how the person went bald. If they have chemotherapy for cancer treatment and lose their hair, I have known people whose hair has grown back a different color or went from curly to straight (or straight to curly). Also, for people with alopecia…when their hair grows back sometimes it is different than it was before.

I don’t think your friend’s hair will grow back curly. The only time I’ve heard of that happening is when someone undergoes chemotherapy, their hair can sometimes come back curly.

No. Did he go bald because he shaved it or he went bald because of medical reason. If he went bald because of his age, the hair won’t grow back.

Childbirth, severe malnutrition, chemotherapy, thyroid problems, and a form of lupus normally cause hair loss for young people.
