I don’t know about everyone that’s bald. But yes I have hair growing just about everywhere except my head, the palms of my hands and the bottom of my feet.
When I first started loosing the hair from my head it seemed that it started growing everywhere else, I use to joke that I wasn’t really loosing my hair it’s just sliding down to the rest of my body.

Male pattern baldness is associated with higher levels of testosterone – which, ironically, causes hair growth everywhere else.
Yes, the “bald Bigfoot” is a fairly common pattern.
