Some people get bald in the old age and some get bald young due to hormonal or genetic reasons.
But everyone doesn’t get bald despite of losing 100-200 hair per day. Why is that so?

hmm this may prove correct those old 60 yearold guys who when they lose their daily amount of hair they NEVER grow it back and that is why they need comb-overs.

Hair grows in cycles. Before a hair actually falls out into goes into a “resting phase” where it stays for a few months. A new hair begins to grow in the same follicle. As the new hair forms it pushes the old hair (that was in the resting phase) out. So each hair that falls out is already being replaced by a new hair growing from the same follicle.
Each follicle grows about 20 hair in a lifetime.
