Question by Chris S: Why is there a higher proportion of men getting bald at elite institutes of technology?
I’ve been at Standford and CalTech and I’ve noticed that a lot of males are getting bald very early – more so than in academically less challenging universities. Why is that?

Cause intellectual challenges can make ur brain heat up so much that the root hairs are destroyed, preventing hair growth, so hair are lost. Also hormones decline faster if u think and dont need the hormone…
Thats my theory anyway lols.

  1. dude I says:

As I was balding in college, I was told “Hair cannot grow on the same head that has excess brains”.

I would be interested if you could do a scientific study to determine the validity of your hypothesis!
