@ACNBeautyInChrist It can be a bit challenging but once you learn more about your particular hair type it will get easier. I have 3 different textures in my hair and it was very interesting for me at first…lol

Does anyone find natural hair a bit challenging to maintain or is it just me?

@denzelismine Hey. I suggest that you sleep in a satin bonnet and finger comb in the morning.

What if you wear an afro, how would that be styled without combing it? Love your hair and vids.

@KrissanneJames I suggest that you massage your scalp (thinning areas) twice a day with the Hydratherma Naturals follicle invigorator, growth lotion and growth oil. Just a small amount. The more frequently you massage the better.
I’m sure that your follicles aren’t permanently damaged and it is worth giving a try because it has helped me and many of our customers.

@keania523 Hey! If your hair is spongy feeling, it is a definite sign that you need more protein to strengthen your hair. Spongy hair is very porous and needs more protein to fill in those gaps. I recommend that you use the Hydratherma Natutals Amino Plus deep conditioning treatment to get your hair back in shape without giving it protein overload. Blessings!

I just did the big chop on saturday with the help of my husband. I think it is pretty even but I did not go to a professional. I am lost on what to use in my hair and I don’t understand the number/alphabet type. I am on a budget and have tried some generic hair products like just4me but it makes my hair spongy feeling. I don’t want to go buy the expensive products and don’t like them do you have any suggestions. I also live in nothern Louisiana where there are not may shops to shop at.

@BSGfashiongal1 I don’t think so. Be sure to keep your hair well moisturized because yard can be like a sponge and pull the moisture out of the hair.

@JustUploadingVideos Yes, they can if worn on a regular basis because of the constant pulling at the hairline area.
