So I want to become a vegetarian but I’m having some problems I’m hoping current veggies can help me with.
-Finding healthy veggie foods when I travel (especially when camping)
-Getting enough iron
-Problems with excess soy. I read too much soy can cause hypoglycemia and low sex drive so I’m looking for alternatives.
-Avoiding any nutrient loss that will worsen my androgenic alopecia (hair loss due to excess male hormones-I’m a woman)
Any help would be great even if you don’t have the answers to everything. Thanks.

i’ve been vegetarian for 15 years so i’ll try to help you out.
we’ve never had much of a problem finding healthy foods while travelling, people think that when you’r vegetarian your diet it really restricted, it isnt. you can eat all the same things you eat now, just minus the meat. that actually leaves quite a bit if you think about it.
There are more vegetarian options then there are meat options. There are three main groups to meat, fish, chicken and cow. but there are many many different types of vegetables, grains, spices and everything else. its really not that hard to find vegetarian meals.
i dont know about getting enough iron, but i’ve never had a problem with getting enough nutrients. again, people think that when you’re veggie, you dont get all your vitamins/minerals. if you eat healthy you will….just like if you eat healthy and eat meat. you will get all your nutrients, taking meat out of your diet does not make you unhealthy, it actually makes you healthier.
Until i went vegan for one month and lost my tolerance for milk, i actually didnt eat much soy exept in burgers and the ocasional hotdog (i dont like hotdogs much do i dont eat a lot) and whatever else.
if you want to find alternatives to milk, there is soy milk, almond milk (which i had once and is really good) and rice milk (i’ve never had).
I dont know how to answer your last question. but there are tons of websites about nutrients and vegetarianism. i’m sure you can find something.
if you need any advice or recipes, feel free to contact me. i’ll be happy to help.

One common problem that happens is this. I have been there and done that. You have to figure out what it is first that is destroying your sex drive. If your on medication like birth control or anti-depressants that is something to think about and do research on. Other then that it could just be stress, maybe the kids, really anything that makes your life stressful can do this and lower the libido.
One thing I tried that seemed to work while I was doing it was exercising. I just felt sexier doing it which kind of boosted my libido. However it wasn’t the best solution for me. My friend told me about these herbal enhancers that are made from natural herbs and don’t cause any side effects besides having wild sex. She said it’s the female version of viagra. I had to find out.
I would always have a weak orgasm too (if I had one at all), which after trying this sex enhancer, it boosted them tremendously. I don’t get multiple orgasms but I’ve had plenty since being on these herbs. It’s seriously like the best vibrator ride you’ve ever experienced. These things make me horny all the time, some days I don’t even take them because the urge is just too strong.
Don’t try out single herbs because they don’t do it like the blend of herbs these scientists and researchers pick out. I’ve tried a couple of them by itself and they did crap. The stuff that I’m on is called Hersolution, at the time I saved money on it at herenhancement.com . Make sure you get the 3 month supply that way you fall under the guarantee/return policy if the herbs don’t work for you, you can return them with no questions ask. I bet they will work though and you won’t have any problems. Also if your on medication of any sort, check out the gel because if your like me, you wouldn’t want to swallow any thing that might react with the medications your already on.
Well have a good day and hopefully you solved your problem.
