Does Anyone Know What Vitamins Specifically Promote Healthy Hair?

Does anyone know what vitamins above all promote healthful hair? I suffer from hair loss/crevice since I lost alot of importance and I need a key! I by now use high end conditioner and it is selection a bit, I just didnt know if there are a few vitamins I can be taking to help.

    Knox gelatin, funeral chamber material but fantastic for hair and nails. Also not anything gets our hair on the rise like prenatal vitamins. I would go to your community privately owned shape food pile to get some information.
