I always had thick hair until I had my first kid at age 21. Just months after birth my hair fell out and not just a little bit either. I had noticable thinning hair. It thickened up a little about a year later but never was thick again. I just had another baby who is now 3 months old. During the pregnancy my hair thickened up which is normal because of the hormones. But now i’m back in the same boat. Just within a couple of days my hair started falling out and i’m back to super thin hair. I take vitamins all the time and I have no idea why my hair loss is so extreme! Anyone else have this problem and did ya find anything that helped grow your hair back? I’m only 23 I shouldn’t look nearly bald.

okay, so i have ANOTHER question. if you read my last one, it was about eating 1200 cal/p/day. and by the way, although my picture is of a weird-looking guy, i am almost the exact opposite. i’m not a guy, i dont have blue eyes or facial hair, =) and i dont wear hats. so back to my question, the answers to my last question said that on average a woman burns ABOUT 1000-2000 calories just by breathing and doing normal daily things. i dont walk a lot during my days: to the busstop, to each of my classes, back home from the busstop. and i dont have P.E. this semester. (i have it next semester) so would i be included in that “average” category of burning 1000-2000 calories per day? thanks

I’ve recently changed to another hormonal option. I was on promensil-Menopause now I use a progesterone cream and natural vitamin therapy by Women’s Wellness Clinic (founder Christiane Northrup). I am waiting for results to see if this will handle by bodies changes (loss of hair, etc.).
