i’m so worried. my vit. B12 level is around 1,200 & my neurologist insist that it’s not alarmingly high! but the symptoms persist w/c runs for years now: fatigue, memory loss, dry skin, falling hair, forgetfulness. what shall i do & what causes my B12 this high? i’m not taking multivit. at all except folic acid (i’m trying to get pregnant), vit.c a & calcium. any thoughts?

Im 16 and have been suspecting that i have vitamin deficiency. however i dont know which, the list is endless. can i professional or someone who has experienced help me figure which type.
I have speech problems like stuttering or cant pronounce a word correctly, walking problems – i lose balance, headaches i thought it was due to coffee or due to the time i spend on books, weak mouth, bad breath, pale skin, weak limbs – 3 or 4 days per weak i feel totally exhausted, i have white spots under my nail, hair loss, instances where my mind just won’t think, loss of apetit, underweight, numbness or tingling in my hands and feet, blackouts when i stand up all of a sudden, i get out of breath easily – like at school four flights of stairs with my bag on my back kill me i try to breath and that makes my feel nausetic, anxious all the time, impatient, lack of refexis and can’t connect ideas toghether.
im really concerned. what if it has bad effects on my future, and my ability to conceive

My family has no history of hair loss, I’m going thru divorce and I have a lot of stress so I notice my crown and my top of the head thinning and falling, if I stop stressing out will it growth back. I’m starting to take vitamins and using Nioxin for 2 weeks and notice that my hair is getting thicker is this good news? or should I accept it and let my hair fall out? I’m taking yoga and relaxing which seems to help but I don’t see much of difference in my hair but it has only been 2 weeks. Does it take longer??

i have stop using chemicals such as gel, hair dye and hair spray for about a 9 months already because every time i wash my hair a whole lot of hair falls out. when i comb my hair a lot of hair is on the comb. when i stroke my hair, hair falls off. about two years ago i had half the hair i had. i even went to the doctors and the said that i’m perfectly fine. but i seriously don’t know what the hell is going on with my hair. i’m pretty much afraid that i’ll lose my hair -.- and which sucks because i doesn’t seem to grow.
anyways does any one know whats going on? does anyone suggest any vitamins or pills or even any hair products to stop hair loss?

Im 20 and due to an iron deficiency i’ve lost 50% of my hair. However, my doctor told me I had thick hair and didn’t even notice or think twice about it. With exams the last thing i need to worry about is my hairloss. My doctor told me to take a biotin vitamin. I would like to know if there is any other things i can do, vitamins or some pill, topical cream that helps with hair loss. Right now i just need to know how to stop it. Only serious answers please.
