It seems to have fluid underneath the skin. The bump itself is not rough but smooth and little waxy, we have just noticed that there is a little bit of a red spot but it could be from him messing with it. There is no hair where the bump is at. he says that its not painful but annoying and when he touches it, it kinda hurts. We were thinking it might be alopecia, ringworm, skin cancer. What do you think?

It could be something easy to take care of, like the carpet.
It could be an infection (fungus)
It could be an allergic reaction to the food.
My cat had the same problem because of the carpet in the hallway (rough surface).
I would assume the same in your case because of the cats hair loss on those parts that touch the ground when sitting. An allergy or a fungus would cause hair loss on other parts of the body too… but always check the vet for a professional opinion..
