My 7month Old Chihuahua Has A Spot On His Rib Its A Brown Pink And Starting To Bald Should I Be Concerned?

The spot isn’t in a spot where his foot reaches so its not from scratching. It doesnt seem to bother him though its not sore but It seems to be getting darker and balder.
