what are the chances ill lose hair, and for ppl who have tried it, can u please tell me if u experienced any hair loss?

skin became great, but this receding hairline thinning is still a reality after all this time. I have really thick hair normally so the rest is thick but the hair near the front and top is thin compared to the rest…its a pretty imbalanced look. I need to do a gradual thin out from top to bottom with thinning shears and layer it a lot.
My main question is, is this a permanent deal?
Have any of you grown hair back?
Are there hair treatments, products for it to grow back?

OK so my doc enrolled me on the program for accutane and i have my final blood test this saturday and get the pills on monday.
I know all about the side effects sooo please dont be all ‘youll die’ ‘it ruined my life’ ect..
i was just wondering if there was anyhting to do to reduce the chances of getting side effects, vitamins? anyhting, diet? im not sure anyhting u have just tell me, to prevent side effects… things you should know, im 16 and female just incase u need to know..
also has anyone had any experience with hair loss whilst on these pills?

I’m on accutane, I’m fifteen. I’ve been experiencing TONS of hair loss throughout my course on Accutane, & I’ve only been on it two months! :/
My hairs in really bad shape, super dry, frizzy somewhat on the ends (this is all from accutane)
I heard that prenatal vitamins are suppose to strengthen your hair (maybe that’d help the whole fall out deal) and they’re suppose to make your hair healthier,so I was wondering can I take them, does anybody know? Oh, and I’m not pregnant or anything.
I know the prenatal vitamins are a source of vitamin A, and that’s kinda why I’m asking this question, because I know you can’t have vitamin A while on accutane.
I wanna’ look at what you guys say first!
Then, I’ll ask my dermatologist tomorrow, since that’s when my appointment is!

I’m on my third month of accutane & my hair has really gotten in bad shape. It’s super dry, & i have tons of flyaway hair now.
After about one month on accutane I started taking B-Complex vitamins, to try and combat my hair loss from accutane, it hasn’t really been working, but i see no need to quit taking the vitamins as they’re not doing any harm.
Since my hair’s got in such bad shape now, i want to start taking biotin, I keep forgetting to ask my doctor if I can though, so does anybody know if I can take biotin while still taking accutane, Like it wont mess with the drug, will it?
& how much should I be taking? I have a bottle of Biotin stored in my cupboard that I bought a while back, it’s 5000mcg (5mg).
