Question by snonymous: Does anyone know the name of a topical steroid cream to treat alopecia areata (hair loss) – round bald patches

Yes my ki, I had it some years ago at the back of my head and the steroid cream I was prescribed worked but the hair grew back white initially, now Ive noticed 2 small round bald patches in the front but Ive forgotten the name of the cream. Im trying to avoid a visit to the doctor.

hi there..onlu solution is to use some hair pr for comming 2mnd..one of pr which helps is ANIMEXIL from LOREAL…
u should buy a box of 42 pieces & use ev.day one..after a m ur problem is solved.

Thyroxine, the medication, is a case of the cure being worse than the disease. It makes me feel horrible, and the doctor just tells me ‘to continue taking the medication’.

That is a very hard question, because there is no simple answer. You should keep taking Thyroxine because if you dont, you will be bald and very very sick. Otherwise if you take it you are going to be bald and not too sick. You chose.
