Does it matter what kind of hair you have? I have long black hair, what would be a good shampoo & conditioner for my hair?

It falls in chunks. But when I don’t use it, the amount of hair loss seems normal. This has nothing to do with the brand because I tried several ones and it’s always the same result.

Is this normal? Do you have any advice? Suggestion? What should I do?
My hair is dry and I feel that using hair conditioner is necessary.

I know the frequent use of shampoo will cause hair loss but this brought the question of what about conditioning? Does using conditioner once (or 2-3 times a week) a day also cause hair loss? Please do not state your opinions (not to be harsh >.<) but rather facts. Thanks!

I have 10 or so bald friends and I called them for you and ask them. They said they just use shampoo. to keep it clean anyway – SO I GUESS MORE ON THE SIDE OF CONDITIONER to answer your question.
