I am SLOWLY balding and thinking about shaving it all off in one year when it kinda gets obvious…Im very athletic and have a good face. How could I dress to look good?

i have my graduation ball in July and im REALLY struggling with what to match with my dress and what to do with my face and hair!

im much curvier than the woman in the photo, so it doesnt hang like hers, it sticks out a wee bit more at the hips.
i was told a few colours to try by the sales assistant, but im still a bit confused.
I havent the foggiest where to start with my makeup.
Ive got shoulder lenght hair dark brown hair and its really thin (as in not much there) pretty useless no matter what i try with it?
