I just wondering if lack of vitamins and lack of drinking milk does it effect hair loss? I’m 20 now and since I was little I don’t really drink milk. But I eat others nurtientions food for the vitamins. Does it effect hair loss? I have very very thin hair and everytime I wash my hair seems like I’m losing a lot? What is the best way to stay helathy hair?

Diet is paramount in the condition of ones hair. You do need calcium from milk or another source to supply the calcium for good hair. Most daily vitamins don’t have calcium in them, but you can buy a supplement for it. The best way to have healthy hair is to eat a balanced diet with lots of fruits and vegetables.

I am having alot of problems with my hair falling out and I was wondering if it might be due to a side effect of one of the many meds that I take. I take Effexor XR, Buspar, Strattera, Miralax, or Voltaren.

Thats interesting you said that. I took Effexor for awhile and noticed thinning. I stopped it and my hair seemed to come back to normal. I looked it up and low and behold it was there under side effects. I think Buspar is the same. Havent heard of the others. Just look them up on Webmd.com and check the side effects. Anyway its only temporary.
