Shampoos do not cause your hair to fall out. I’ve supplied an article from a hair dresser and one about hair myths.

I personally used H&S during my teenage years to cut back on dandruff and oil. It worked very well. Now that I’m older, I like Fructis.

There’s only two drugs clinically tested and FDA approved : Minoxidil (Rogaine and other brands) and Propecia (Proscar, Finasteride, etc.), there are some interesting drugs too like Dutasteride or Follica but there aren’t enough studies yet.

If you’re into natural stuff, the only ones that might be helpful are Saw Palmeto (there are capsules for sale in natural shops) because it contains anti androgens similar to the ones found on Propecia, or the herb Shen Min.

Quite frankly all the other stuff are either placebos or scams.

im 18, and i lost quite a bit of hair from a very bad deit. i didnt eat a lot and it resulted in a bad hair loss. i recently regained my appetite, i dont know how, but its the perfect time for me to eat some good food before my appetite gets lost again!! so what ingedients do i need for recipes,and any healthy recipes. i dont eat any meat or fish besides white chickeb breast (i avoid meat like hell). and i can live with vegetables and fruits, but their are some i avoid. so what vitamins shoild i get, and do i need a doctor to get them?
