I am 26 male. my serum ferritin levels are 8.5 and habitual amount is 22-350. i am distress from cronic hair loss. is there any family limb between ferritin amount and hair loss. i dont have any additional shape conundrum.

i’m so apprehensive. my vit. B12 amount is around 1,200 & my neurologist persist that it’s not alarmingly high! but the symptoms persist w/c runs for years now: exhaustion, memories loss, dry skin, falling hair, poor memories. what shall i do & what causes my B12 this high? i’m not taking multivit. at all except folic acid (i’m tiresome to get pregnant), vit.c a & calcium. any thoughts?
