I thought I have been taking excellent care of my hair, I take extra hair skin nail vitamins plus biotin and eat healthy and don’t color or blowdry(rarely) and never permed my hair. I realize hormones can play a factor but still. My hair has never grown so long but in return I have never lost handfuls of hair either. Including the root. Pantene gives me the best results with unruly curly frizzy hair so I never considered stopping it. However, for the heck of it I typed up Pantene and Hair loss and found alot of mixed reviews. I stopped using it three days ago just to try something else and today for the first time in 8 months I didn’t shed a ton of hair. Less than 1/4 of my typical 150 hairs + per day. I don’t shed during the day since its is curly and too twisty to fall out on its own, but always do when I comb – with a wide tooth comb. Anyone have similar experience with Pantene or is it coincidence that I improved in 3 shampooing/conditionings?
