Free Provillus Review

Has anyone else experienced hair loss while using the Mirena? I absolutely love the Mirena, but didn’t start noticing my hair is everywhere until I got it. Does it stop? I dont want to end up bald!
Can I do anything to stop this…I do not want to take the Mirena out though.

what about the side effects of MIRENA iud? and when its will go away ?

had my son Sept. 2007 and had my Mirena put in Jan. 2008. When I had my son I lost a lot of the weight and only had about 10 pounds to go, but than I got Mirena and since than I have gained over 15 pounds. I have not done anything differently food and exercise wise. I have never had weight problems and I am still really young (18) so I have no health problems. I have had a lot of symptoms in the course of the last 8 months. Very low/ to non existent sex drive, depression and irritability and mood swings. Which all went away a week or two after I had my son and came back after I got Mirena. I’ve had a significant amount of weight gain and still gaining gradually, very dry skin and acne. I have rarely ever got acne growing up, so it’s very unusual. I’ve had a noticeable amount of hair loss and have been very low on energy most of the days. I’ve been getting regular headaches and bad odor down there. I’ve taken meds and tried creams and nothing is helping it!!! I’ve never had this before.
I’ve had a few tests done and everything has come out normal. I am going insane. I know that something is not right. I’ve done some research on some of my symptoms and found some forums of every dya women talking about some of their symptoms and having Mirena and it’s like reading my own story.
Could this be happening because of Mirena? I schedualed an appointment to have it taken out right away, but I know that the nurse will tell me that I’m just depressed and I’m not just depressed! I’ve been depressed before and this is not the same.

i am a 22 year old girl who is healthy apart from being overweight and having a borderline underactive thyroid ( i think my t level was 6)
i have always had thick, coarse, wavy hair. however, over the past year or so i have noticed that it has thinned out a LOT. i have no bald patches.. it just looks greasier.. duller and flat on my head. the crown of my head feels like it is more visible than before and there has definatly been a lot of thinning.. i think i have probably lost abut 1/4 of the thickness.. if not more.
my hair has been damaged due to over colouring ( i have always had highlights but in december 2006 i coloured it red.. then black.. then had it stripped and bleached to get it back to blonde). I have been really careful since, and even had 6/7 inches cut off as it was so delicate.
this doesnt explain the greasyness though. my hair doesnt feel more dry than usual.. but breaks more in my fingers. i just looks crap and thin. it also gets matted underneath for some reason.
i went to my Dr and she said its probably due to stress ( i have been suffering from depression and a bit of anxiety for a while now but my hair was never affected) when i went on about it she said it may be thyroid but with just a minor underactive thyroid problem ( and i take medication) this seems a bit strange!
in december 2006-jan 2007 i had a mirena coil fitted. since then i have experienced excess hair growth on my body (well.. more than b4) and spots. i read online that the mirena can cause hair thinning also.
i am considering having the mirena taken out. the pill never agreed with my anyway and im seriously thinking of getting a diaphragm instead. im trying not to stress but being overweight and having such thin, lank, weird hair is making me depressed lol!
please what wud you suggest?
i have read many accounts online about women experiencing hair loss with the mirena?
