Question by Chrissy D: im a 19 year old girl, in college, and I dont know why, but I noticed that I have been picking hair off of me?
Its starting to freak me out…a lot. I haven’t actually noticed by hair looking a lot thinner (my hair is naturally thick)…maybe a little bit. Does anyone know what causes hair loss in women?

most of the time its due to a poor diet, especially one lacking in protein. So eat eggs, peanut butter, and meats to see if that helps. Fish oil pills are also good for your hair and skin.

Question by FATGIRL: I have noticed bald spots and i am 4 months pregnant anyone else experienced the same thing?
I am just over 4 months pregnant with my 3rd child and have noticed 3 bald spots on the top of my head. I have got 2 boys and with them my hair grew like mad but this time around,( i dont know what i am having yet ) i am going bald and my hair is thin and straggly as hell! Its bad enough that i am fat and grumpy but i dont wanna be bald, has this happened to anyone else?

yes! and i’ve been taking my vitamins completely normally.. also four months and hair is thinning. sometimes its normal.. just hormones.. if it gets TOO bad i would just go to the doc to make sure everythings okay. Maybe you’re having a girl! lol its an old wivestale that thinner stragglier hair means a girl. but we know how accurate those are! not so much! good luck to you!

It falls in chunks. But when I don’t use it, the amount of hair loss seems normal. This has nothing to do with the brand because I tried several ones and it’s always the same result.

Is this normal? Do you have any advice? Suggestion? What should I do?
My hair is dry and I feel that using hair conditioner is necessary.

I made him an appt w/ his vet as soon as I noticed it, but thats not until tomorrow and i am worried about him.
