I am an 18 year old male. Caucasian. Health. Yeah.

so i have pretty bad hair loss
i can see it
and i am only 14
i cant try niroxine or anythingg(too expensive)
any home remedies??
i use hair straightner like one or wice a week and i let my hair naturally dry i have very thin hair!!

I need help…I started loosing my hair when i was around 14-15. It has slowly and slowly receeded more and more. The hair line is starting to be father back and it’s very depressing. I’m 20 now and my hair loss is definetly worse. I can still cover some thinner spots up because i have wavy hair but my “combover” isnt looking very good anymore and its obvious that people sometimes stare at me because of my strange hair. It’s depressing and embarassing to have to go through this. I still have a decent amount of hair left and i have a youthfull looking face so when people see my strange hair they dont usually assume “oh well its because hes going bald”…Sorry for all that but i need help is there anything i can take to make my hair better? Thicker? What is vitamin p? propecia? If i went to a doctor could he possibly prescribe something for me?
Most men have their hair loss when they are around 30-40 and they cant cope with it..imagine how i feel and put yourself in my shoes..It’s terribly depressing on top of my already low self esteem..
