You could try Rogaine. Also have a healthy diet and lifestyle.

…what will keep the newly transplanted hair from falling out in the near future? At 15,000 dollars for the procedure it should last the rest of your life, but I somehow doubt it!

The only thing that will totally fix this is TIME. Just be glad its a temporary condition
A hot oil treatment might be a good way to mask the damage.
And a volumizing shampoo will make the hair seem fuller to mask the hair loss. I like Pantene Full & Thick, but there are many on the market.
