Question by Axel: Any proven methods for hair loss prevention?

In male pattern baldness hair loss is triggered by a response of the hair follicles to the hormone testosterone. Castration will completely prevent your hair loss. Personally I would keep my balls and stop worrying about my hair.

Question by : What are some PROVEN, NATURAL ways to re-grow or reverse hair loss?
I am 26 years old and suddenly losing hair rapidly. It’s not in my gene pool to go bald, especially so young. I’ve had a poor diet for 10 years now while also not exercising and also smoking. I’m changing all my bad habits but what nutrients can I feed my body to reverse hair loss?

The only PROVEN ways are via drugs: 1) Propecia 2) Minoxidil, also known as Rogaine. Propecia is better. Start it now before you lose too much. These can only grow hair in existing LIVING follicles. If you wait for them to die, they will never come back.
