I don’t care enough about a close shave to use a regular razor or the headblade product. I just want to shave my head bald every night for a decent bald look. Keeping it simple.

I know that a lot of men use electric razors routinely to maintain their bald look…but which electric razor is the best for this task?

Believe me, I tried the route that you’re talking about – just “maintaining” with an electric. It doesn’t work. No matter what electric you use, none of them shave evenly. So what you end up with is certain areas with just a little bit more hair than others. Also, there’s no such thing as a bald look without using a real blade. You just end up with stubble (and in different lengths, as I said above).

It really isn’t much of an effort to do it with a blade. I do mine in the shower, using a Gillette Fusion, and it doesn’t take more than 5 minutes once you get your own “pattern” down.

I have always kept short hair and recently started to go with the bald look, but the razors to keep my head shaved are about to put me in bankruptcy..what is another way to do this without having to shave so often?

Well, you can try Nair or Veet. It eats away the hair so the smoothness lasts longer, but I don’t know if it is good to use on your head. Just keep it away from your eyes or you’ll go blind.
