you can try searching on the internet about biotin, i dont know much about but i will search too, i’m interested growing my hair faster.

a lot of sites over the net claim that saw palmetto, soy products green tea capsules, etc. etc. stop DHT from inducing hair loss. any of the above mentioned stuff really work or it’s just a scam?

yep. I’m using Nioxin products ( shampoo,conditioner and treatment) along with some Nioxin multivatamins and it really helped a lot.. In fact my hair even grows faster.
