well personally i’d shave it all off and get a wig works so much better xD also less stress if you are a stressed person then its bound to fall I know sounds crazy right? oh but its true!

As hairloss cannot be fully cured, but just frozen for some time witht the treatments availiable on market today I’d sasy.

1) Hair transplant (FUE technology) creates really natural hairline, no scars, the best way to go if you have enough donor hair and money of course.

2. Propecia (Finasteride) and Minoxidil are the only ones approved by FDA and proven to work in most men so far.

Generic Propecia (finasteride) is also ok. I use it with same results, and unfortunately same sides(a bit dry feeling in the scalp) as brand propecia. Have tried lots of herbal crap before it and laser combs, so far the only thing that prevents my hairloss, not much regrowth, but has stopped my hairloss completely.

I am a 22 year old woman…Recently I am suffering from heavy hair loss due to increased dandruff..I am exercising 5 days a week and so perspire a lot which has increased dandruff too…
Last week I started putting a mixture of Castor oil, Almond oil, Olive oil and Coconut oil on my head and then wash it off with Anti Dandruff shampoo from Body Shop for reducing hair fall..
I also put a mixture of curd and lemon for dandruff for half an hour once a week and then wash it off with Anti Dandruff shampoo

I have 3 questions….
1) Is the above treatment best for me?
2) How often can I wash my hair a week..Is four times a week fine
3) Can I use the same Anti Dandruff shampoo all the time or have to change the shampoo every week or so..
Please help

you can continue the treatment you are using. however, shampoo your hair 3 times a week only and you should use the same anti dandruff shampoo all the time. you should also use hair conditioner to make it easier to comb. i would recommend head and shoulders. if you have long hair, comb your hair not brush while still wet. don’t tie your hair with rubber bands, you usually lose a lot of hair untangling it. better still cut your hair short so that it would be manageable and shorter strands to comb. when you cut your hair, and with the treatments you are using, your scalp can grow more new healthy hair.

I have found something called Provillus, which is an all natural product and seems to work for most people.
