If I eat too much spinach, liver, or carrots, am I more susceptible to hair loss than the mean self who doesn’t eat healthful material?
btw.. I like spinach and carrots, and it just so happens my hairline is moving back.

For at least 6 months now I have been having several symptoms…Exhausted and wiped out all the time, memories and concentration loss, suspicion “out there” and just a all-gathering not suspicion well, loosing my hair (no bald spots yet but can definatly tell in the bathtub my hair is falling out) and very terrible hearburn. I went to the Dr. last week and had several blood tests run, and they establish my Vitamin D was low. It was about a 10. My dr. prescribed 1.25 mg of Vit. D pills to be full once a week for 6 months. I go back for a stay on up in 1 month. My inquiry is..is this the appropriately amount? And what produce this? I taste milk every nighttime with feast (yes it has Vit D.) and I am out in the sun every day for at least 20 synopsis (due to work). So what is the deal, what must my Dr. be read-owing to for? Normaly I have to specificaly request particular tests or urge circumstances to him for it to be painstaking. And when must I be tested over Over again? When I’m done with supp.? Delight help!

Vitamin Supplements?
Okay my shape is not fantastic I am over importance, very pale, I get migraines, acne and suffer from very low energy and depression. I am looking to supplements to increase the circumstances I suffer from and with a bit of luck help my Start, skin, hair nails and importance loss.
It seems that every time I pick up a magazine or go into a healthfood pile there is a further pill I need to be taking. I’ve bought a lot of pills and so far have:

Iron Supplements (Prosecribed)

Alpha Lipioc Acid and Acetyl – L-Carnitine
Taurine
Zinc
Ginseng
5-HTP
Hyaluronic Acid
I alos have fever few color to take for my Migraine.
Also: Bee Pollen granules, conservational powder, protien powder, lechitin all to be full when required.
It all seems a bit much but it is what I seem to need. It won’t do me any harm will it?

Its to be full 1-a-day and it says “energy relief” on the side. I’ve heard here and there about its refund but not just so sure.
may possibly someone tell me the refund i would get from taking these? do it help with :
-importance loss
-hair advance? (coz thats what i bought them for primarily =D)

I agonize about all constantly from the moment I wake up to the small I go to bed. Ive had so much hair loss from stress. And when Im not apprehensive, Im depressed. I have suicidal thoughts everyday. Appropriately now I cant take a nap since Im worrying about a bunch of gear that may be not anything to you, but it makes me feel like Im inane to die. I dont judge in taking tablets in view of the fact that when I last took meds for my depression it didnt work, but Im running out of options. Would meds work or do you know of any additional ways to help cure this disease?
